The space

Upon arrival, guests will be treated to the Wisconsin Milk House’s famous cookies. Relax in your private hotel room overlooking Cascade Falls. This room is located on the west side of the building with stunning views of the St. Croix River Bluffs. The property is adjacent to Cascade Falls which flows in the the scenic St. Croix River. Guests can enter with access from the store during business hours or from the attached patio after hours. While the deck is available to customers of the Milk House during store hours (10am-8pm), guests of the cottages, will have it all to themselves before and after hours. Want an evening night cap? Visit PY’s bar which is located next-door or bring your own drinks and relax in your room. Take a trip back in time in this completely renovated 130 year-old property with 100+ year old restored fir hardwood floors and beautifully preserved wood ceiling and doors. The building was built in 1890 and you’ll find much of that old time charm preserved throughout. The bathroom and kitchenette have been completely renovated with updated amenities for your comfort.

Guest access

Parking is available in the city parking lot which is adjacent to the walkway that leads to the cottages and the Wisconsin Milk House. Osceola is a charming walkable river town with stunning views of the river bluffs from just about every street corner. Filled with many things to do, great places to eat, and shop, there is something for everyone. Pack a picnic lunch and hike the down to the St. Croix River or head over to Mill Pond Park located right down town.
